Is there a lore database?

I’ve spent 0 hours on lore this game, and I play WvW, not PvE. Now I’m finding myself a bit curious about it and would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. I also didn’t play GW1, so my lore knowledge is little-to-none.

I play all the things 80. Pew Pew Pew. Killin joor commanders.
4 Warriors, 3 Rangers, 3 Mesmers, 2 Engineers, 2 Guardians, and Necro, Thf, Ele

I would personally suggest going to the official wiki, while some of the stuff is sadly incorrect/speculations it is the best source at this time.
