I love the winged design of the shield used by the seraph. Is there a shield like that in the game that can be equipped and used?

You can also get Golden skins for CM tokens. Shields are 210 tokens, so clearing all 3 paths should get you there in under an hour. You’ll also make some gold and it will be SALVAGEABLE (so you don’t lose Sigil if you want to change at some point.) It will also give you exotic stats instead of rare. I can’t say CM has best stats for a shield user though.
