when you complete all achievement in that category, you will receive this
Ascended Amulet MORDREM LOOP and it will allow you to CHOOSE THE STATS.

The Mordrem Loop only lets you choose between Commander’s, Minstrels, Trailblazer’s, Vigilant, Viper’s and Wanderer’s stats.
According to the Wiki there are only 3 ascended amulets with Crusader’s stats: Vigil’s Honor, Whisper’s Secret and Priory’s History, which are obtained by completing the respective Order’s collection equipment.
The collections are unlocked by buying an Equipment Guide from that order’s armor or weapon vendor.

According to the wiki Mordrem Loop does not have Crusader or Marauder.
