Made my character long ago and really dislike the way it looks now. Is there a way to change it, as well as coloring, gender, whatever else? He’s so ugly.

You can also go to one of the Aestheticians – like the one in the Trader’s Forum of Lions Arch – to get a preview of what you could do with a Makeover Kit. If you’re inclined, you can buy a makeover kit from her.
