Is there a way to get NPC Sounds?

Beyond from being lucky and recording at a certain time?

I remember in Wow you could open up the files and find the actual sound files and extract them, im curious if there is such a way in GW2 as im looking for skritt lines.

You can open Gw2.dat with Gw2Browser. The source can be found on github.com and it has a link to binaries as well.
