Is this Dragonhunter Build good for WvW?

Hey, I found this video and was wondering if it is any good? I can’t find any other DH build for WvW.
I really like playing DH .. more than normal AH frontliner in WvW large scale fights but i don’t know how to make my own build. I’m still a beginner.
