Is this even obtainable or does it exist in PvE anymore?
No, it’s not in the game, it does look really cool though.
It is in the game, dont know Grimm is Kittening. Go to the mist, and then to the pvp locker and check for yourself. I dont think it is called Voodoo armor anymore though but I can swear I saw a asura wearing this set in the mists.
Yeah it might be in the PvP locker but it might not be obtainable anywhere else…
If I can’t get this armor for a Mesmer, ele, or necro I’m deleting all of them (not all level 80). It’s the like the only light armor I like…

I’m not sure if any of these are that set? Dulfy has put together some nice armor guides. http://dulfy.net/2012/08/28/gw2-armor-gallery-high-res-ingame-screenshots/
There’s the Dry Bones set that you can get from Karma vendors in Gendarran Fields and Fields of Ruin according to the site. Or it’s supposedly also craftable, called the Shadow set. Buy the recipe for it from a Karma vendor in Snowden Drifts (http://www.ign.com/wikis/guild-wars-2/Fight%20the%20denizens%20of%20Jormabakke%20Stead). I think that set might be the one you’re looking for.
Then there’s another skull set but I think it’s a different one. But it’s called Tactical set (on her website at least but I think in game it may have a different name). But you can get it from Karma vendors in Straights of Devastation (and maybe also Malchor’s Leap, I forget). Dulfy’s site also says you can get it in Fireheart Rise. If I were home I’d log in and tell you the name in game since I was wearing it as I leveled through there. But it’s just a regular green set.
Edit: Here’s a better link for that Shadow set: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Shadow_armor

I have seen a couple people running around in that armor in LA so I know it’s obtainable through PvE, not sure how though.

Thanks for the links Leiloni, though none of those are the set I am looking for =P. I will not stop until I get a picture of someone in this armor outside of the PvP locker or a definitive answer on whether it’s in PvE or not..
And if it isn’t in PvE I want to know why the hell not.

Can you post a picture of what it looks like in the PvP Locker? All of the armor in the PvP locker is obtainable in PvE as well.

The Malchor’s Leap armor is not the one in the OP. Its the Tactical armor (in PvP) and it looks similar with all the bones and stuff. The picture in the OP is not obtainable in PvE.
“it doesn’t make you spend hours preparing to have fun, rather than having fun”
Guild missions say otherwise.

I have no idea what you just said.
Tactical armor is NOT Tribal armor (shown in OP).

It literally looks just like what I posted in the OP. But here’s what it’s like in-game.
