I bought a g-sync monitor yesterday, the PG279Q. During loading screens my screen will experience weird screen tearing for a second or so. Once the game loads I do not experience any type of tearing. I heard somewhere that some games experience weird issues with their loading screens when g-sync is enabled. Is it normal with GW2?

Also, I noticed my monitor suffers from back light bleeding. Should I return my monitor for another one? When I’m watching a video and there is a black border on the sides I notice it on the left side of my monitor. I’ve heard that a lot of panels suffer from back light bleeding, and it’s like a lottery to get a monitor without back light bleed.

That sound like the monitor has a issue or the cable for the monitor I would suggest sumbmiting a ticket to the manufactors and change the cable.
