Jumping Puzzles possible issue

I have been having a lot of trouble completing even the simplest jumping puzzle. I do play the Mac Beta version, (idk if that is my problem) but i cannot run and jump. my avatar just falls. Is there a special way to do this, or when the terrain changes can you not jump? is anyone else having this much trouble? It took me 25min to give up on the first gap on spelunker’s delve… ( I am not a newb, and play multiple mmorpg regularly…)

Is this just happening to you today or was it like this before? They patched yesterday and it caused a problem with jumping (it broke it!) but apparently they patched again and fixed it – maybe this has not worked for Mac Beta clients – maybe submit a support ticket?

they made a change to jump but its been reverted back to normal again, before the fixed it standing jump was only way.
