Do karma merchants exist that have exotic level 80 weapons anywhere? If so where?

I have exotic armor but not weapons and would like to do something with the large amount of Karma I have collected.

So I am guessing one does not exist…

WvW I believe is the only place you can get Exotic weapons from vendors. Don’t quote me on that though.
