I’m trying to decide to spend them on exoctic armor from vendors in the Runes of Orr, or save them.

I guess what I’m afraid of, is they may come up with a new way to spend Karma points on things that can’t be crafted or bought in any other way.

Any thoughts on this?

Oh don’t worry, they wont come up with a different way to spend Karma, they like adding new currencies instead – there’s 10 different currencies in this game already so you can spend it freely or save it up, it’s up to you

I believe the only other major use for Karma is for obsidian shards which are components used to craft a legendary (You need something like 250k total karma for all the needed shards). Karma is easy to come by if you hit event chains and do dungeons and such all the time.

I agree Karma is not that hard to come by now with the daily jugs and such.

But things change as we have already seen.

I could be wrong, but I can’t help think the Anet may have a plan for Karma points.

If you’re worried, I would wait until Wintersday starts. If there’s no new usage of karma, go ahead and spend it.

Jugs of Karma give you a pretty decent amount if you have all the various boosts. Unless it costs hundreds of thousands of karma, anything they add later on should be relatively obtainable. And even then, if its not added Wintersday, then it won’t be added till mid Jan or mid Feb at the earliest (ton of time to get more karma from dailies, monthlies and general gameplay)

Spend them on exotic armor from vendors in the Runes of Orr.

Enjoy your game more by worrying less.
