Hi! I’ve got a little problem…

See, I recently became part of a guild, and decided I was gonna spend a letter of influence (+4k inf) on it. The thing is, I’m on Eredon Terrace, and that’s not where the main chapter (don’t know a lot of guild lingo, so bear with me) is.

And now we’re stuck with 4k influence only usable for Eredon, and I’m told that’s not good for the guild. So is there a way to swap those points to another chapter? Or to maybe swap my char to another server FOR GOOD?

There is a mention that the devs will be doing something for cross server guilds. If/when that happens things like this may get fixed. You can’t be the only one that’s done it.

That’s exactly what I thought XD.

Do you know any way to contact the devs (or someone who might know about that)?

Not really sure. Maybe a support ticket. They might just tell you that there’s nothing they can do or they may be able to refund the letter (or something).

There’s plenty of knowledgeable people around here so someone will come along with a bit of better advice for details.

You’re not the only one in the boat. The vast majority of the guild I’m in moved to a new server before we realised we’d leave all of that stuff behind. 200k influence and 230 merits stuck on our old server.

However, given the megaserver system you can use the influence so do the usual things but the influence gained by other members won’t transfer across. That reminds me that I could get guildies on our old server to burn up the influence and merits for various things

Ok great, thanks! So you mean, for example I could use my 4k eredon terrace influence to buy upgrades and they would work on any server? Or just on mine?

They aren’t going to refund influence spent like this. It would be too easily gamed since support can’t remove the influence used.

Someone buys a letter of influence. Applies it to their guild. Contacts support, claims they put it on the wrong server. Support gives them them another. Apply to same or different server. Guildie buy a letter of influence. Applies it to the guild. Contacts support, claims they put it on the wrong server. Support gives them another. Apply to same or different server. The op asked how to contact support. I personally don’t believe it can be resolved the way the game is currently set up.

That’s not a problem, that’s an opportunity. Have them all transfer over to Eredon Terrace immediately.
