171/175 is usually the magic number for people who stopped doing their story missions before Claw Island which adds 4 locations to the Krytan Explorer achievement.

If it is not Claw Island then you can go through the Kryta zones checking them off against a list I have on the wiki: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/User:Bluestone/Explorer
