I think Shadowplay that comes with a GTX 980 or 980 Ti has the feature but I’d look it up just in case. With those framerates you want an excellent card anyway but I’d personally hold out until Pascal, which is being released next year.

Shadowplay can record at max resolution of 2160p 4K but only max 60Hz. I will add that streaming with Shadowplay is restricted to max resolution of 720p at max 60Hz.

So let me guess: You got a fancy 144hz 1440p monitor and now want to record at native?
Even if you could do that, what would you do with the footage? Can’t put it on YouTube as-is, they only support up to 60 fps. And anyone viewing it without a 144hz monitor would also have to deal with more than double the filesize for no reason.
Only a fraction of monitors and TVs go above 60hz. Making video (or software for making such footage) for anything beyond that is not practical.
Buy a RED camera. Point it at the screen. That should handle up to 150 FPS at 4K resolution. Though how much of an audience you’ll have for video game footage at that resolution in 2015/2016 is questionable. I suppose you could archive it till bandwidth and monitor quality catch up in common use.
Your $10,000 deposite gets applied toward your final purchase price of $77,500 if you go for the RED Weapon Dragon package. as little as Ten grand for the lower end RED RAVEN jetpack package that would do 3K at 150FPS
