SO Im trying to find an underwater helm. Im still rocking my lvl 1 from when I started….LOL. There are never any on the Trading Posts and for some reason, none on the PvP Karma vendors.. THere is one in Cursed Shore but his light armor one has all the stats I dont need. Thats it! Where oh where can I get one with Power and Precision…this needs to be addressed in game too. Karma PvP vendors should sell them…I mean come on!

There are a lot of renown heart npc that sell them for karma after you finished their heart.
