Didn’t know this place is that hidden. I’m guessing this is the place where they’ll use to connect to new maps for future extensions.

It’s in the Sewers, you need to find a broken sewer grate in the Waterways (aproxomatly S/E of the bank) and enter the sewers, then that the right hand turn at the T-section.

Recycle is right, the POI is for Coriolis Plaza which is accessible by one of the bridges at Grand Plaza.
