Q:
Left my personal guild
A:
if you were the only person in it, unfortunately no.

Ok, thankfully no. But the other person has been AFK fro 3 months.
As long as that other person doesn’t leave the guild, it’ll still be there. I’d send that person an in-game mail asking to be reinvited, just in case they show up.
Make a ticket and talk to support and hope they can help you out.
You might want to create a free account and invite it to your guild if you get back into it. That way if you give the free account rights to re-invite you and set your level back to highest you will not have to worry about this again.
I might also make the suggestion of a second account to hold a spot. I am not sure on f2p accounts and joining guilds, but I have 2 accounts to make sure nothing like that happens to my personal guild.
Do you have any way to contact the other person outside of the game? (I’m assuming this is someone you know and trust and that’s why they’re in your personal guild.)
If so sending them a message and asking them to log in and invite you would be the simplest solution.
I also agree with the recommendation to make a free account and invite them. Free accounts can’t access the guild bank themselves, but they can be given permission to invite new members and edit ranks (so they can promote you to a rank with guild bank access).
It also stops people spamming my free account with random guild invites.
