Hello everyone ! The next few words that I am about to say , for some of you might sound funny and other may feel my pain ! I’ve been playing gw2 since the time it came out ! but I wasn’t really dedicated to the game . I was taking some breaks here and there and I was able to obtain ascended gear and weapons . …Until I ended up getting my first precursor The legend .

I started the journey to The Bifrost but I am struggling a bit finding the mats ! especially for the Gift of Fortune and the Gift of Bifrost

For the Gift of Fortune I already have about 200 to each mat and for some mats I might have more than 200 ! But for the Gift of Bifrost I can’t really find Unidentified Dye .

So I would like to ask some of you pros out there Is there any location that has much more chances to get these items or maybe stick to the Silverwastes or Tarir? Please I would like to know some more informations about that if it is possible… Oh and I am really curios which map is the “best” between Silverwastes and Tarir in terms of loot ?

You can always farm gold and buy them from the trading post. Tarir is still good money as is Silverwastes. Fractal Tier 4 dailies also yeild good gold return (Plus rarely unID’d dyes in the daily chests.)

PvP league rewards unID’d dyes (1 each tier with 2 in the end tier chest)
WvW skirmish rewards, in the Skirmish chest you can select unID’d dyes.

As for tier 6 materials, if you don’t have your 77 mystic clovers yet, do them and you should have more than enough t6. If you do have your clovers, it’s another case of farm gold and buy off tp.

Don’t buy t6 material bags with laurels, the gold return is worse. Buy tier 4 to sell and purchase t6 with the extra gold.

Well WvW is now an ample source of unidentied dyes (you can pick it every reward chest)… if you got the ranks you can get like 5-10 dyes in an evening.

But the simple answer is as above: you farm gold in general and then you buy them. There is very little in GW2 thats worth farming for personal use, if anything.

Right now Black Lion Chests award quite a few dyes, guaranteed. So, if you have any keys saved up, now would be a good time to use them, or you can do a weekly key run.
