I am concearned that I won’t be able to craft my legendary weapon. I am only level 70 but I am starting to save money and karma for it. I realized that I will not have enough skill points. I have gotten 46 in the world and I have an extra 17 on my character. 202- the 46 that I have found is 156. 156 + the 17 that I already have is 173. Is there a way that I could refund my skill points or am I forced to save up about 2000 gold? If anybody knows about this please respond.

you’ll be fine, once you hit 80 you keep your exp bar and continue to level except you just gain skill points

You can also obtain skill points with fractal relics. You can trade them in for an item that gives you a skill point when you use it.

Additionally, some of the legendary items used in recipes are account bound rather than soulbound. Which means you could create a character, gather every skill point in the world, buy a bloodstone shard on it, create the gift of mastery with it, then give the gift of mastery back to your first character for whom the legendary is intended.
