Legendary weapon crafting question
Its most likely account since your personal bank is account. You also heard right about the weapons well I know the mats for it are so most likely the weapon will too.
I heard that legendary weapons bind when crafted but I was wondering of it binds to account or to the character. If it binds to character why max all disciplines on one account if you can’t even make legendaries for your alts…. So I’m hoping it’s account based…
