Hi there every one i have been playing the game for a long time now and still find myself a big noob i know the basics but not to much. I am coming close to be a Level 80 and have my traits set to P/T/V and was wondering if someone with better knowledge could help me out and just list all of the Level 80 armor that have P/T/V and where i can get them if someone could do that for me it would be much appreciated.

AC and HotW dungeons. Very easy to farm.
Arah too but you gonna have a hard time getting into a group if you are new.

You can get them with wvw badges as well.

But easiest will still be AC and HotW.

There are 2 main sets you would look for. One is a bit more tanky, and the other has a bit more ’oomph."

The first is Sentinels (Vitality, Power, Toughness). This is the tankier one, since vitality is the dominate stat. However, do to a severely low supply of Azurite since the molten facility patch, this stat combo is currently very expensive, so I wouldn’t recommend getting it now.

The second is Soldier’s (Power, Vitality, Toughness). This is the harder hitting one since power is the dominate stat. You can find this combo off the trading post, some temple boss venders, and Honor of the Waves, Ascalon Catacombs, and I -think- Arah dungeon token venders. I’d recommend getting this set, because while tanky, at least you can contribute meaningly to whatever group you’re in and it doesn’t take nearly as long to kill things.

If you have money and badges of honor to spare, invaders armor is also P/T/V as well as Vigil.

This and the dungeons mentioned above are the only ways to get them unless you happen to have an exotic crafting recipe with old magic find stats but i’m going to guess you don’t as you arn’t even 80 yet.

You can get PTV (soldier’s) using karma from temples as well. 42,000 karma per piece. If it’s your first character your resources will be limited so I think the best thing to do would be to get some pieces using karma, some pieces using AC/HOTW tokens and badges of honour from wvw. 2 pieces from each source will even balance things out. Karma pieces cost 42,000 for each piece (unless it’s been changed) so get the pieces that will cost more using dungeon tokens (i.e. chest/legs).

Try to go for the dungeon armor or try to avoid expensive runes. WvW and temple armors aren’t salvagable.

Which temples are P/T/V? I must have missed them when I was going for mine.

Each temple has one or two PVT pieces only (so you need to hit more than one), and every armor weight has only 5 PVT pieces available among all the temples (6th needs to be acquired by other ways). Which one is missing depends on armor weight (but chest and pants are always available).
This is for armor only. Pvt trinkets are a completely different matter (best to go straight at ascended ones).

The Temple of Grenth has soldier’s trinkets (except for amulets, I think).

Don’t use temple armor for this, it’s not salvageable. Either get the dungeon varieties or buy some off the TP.
