Hello!

I had some questions about leveling as quickly as possible— sorry I’m sure this forum gets a bunch of these. I don’t want to do it through crafting so I was looking for other ways..

- If I complete all 5 starter zones, what level will I be?
- Are there easier zones than others to level? Recommended zones?
- Should I prioritize doing events? AKA the champ run in Queensdale or the Bridge run in Kessex?

I haven’t done it myself, but I’m guessing if you did all starter zones you’d be at level 25-27, from the start. (I estimate 3 levels per zone, plus the 15 you need to be able to complete one zone). Events are much better than completing zones, but don’t take that as me saying go do event farms in queensdale. It would probably be fun, and rewarding, but might be just as easy to map a zone in terms of levels. Depending on what level you are, dungeons are the quickest quickest way to gain levels (completing one will give you 70% of a level guaranteed).

1: completing all starter area’s without farming champs and stuff like that, will result in being level 30-ish.
2: there are indeed zones easier then others. Queensdale is considered easy, followed by Wayfairer foothills.
3: I would advise not to join the champion runs. The people doing these do that mostly for end game rewards and are grinding. Although there is nothing wrong with grinding, at your level there are many more interesting things to do in the game. You can always join the grind later on.

Well, right now one option you have is to participate in the invasion events. I gained about 2.5 levels on an alt a few days ago from doing one invasion…almost 3 levels in 45 minutes (doing something other than crafting) isn’t too bad, IMO.

Occasionally you’ll see a yellow text announcement come up in the chat window that says something like “Scarlet’s minions are invading [whatever zone]”, and for the next 45 minutes that zone will have a series of group events wherein you fight tons and tons of enemies. The nice thing is that the invasions occasionally happen in some mid-level zones, such as Gendarran Fields (levels 25-35), Harathi Hinterlands (35-45), and so forth, so once you get all the exp you can out of the starter zones, you can start doing these.

EDIT: oh, and don’t forget to do your Personal Story quests. They aren’t too hard and they give a good amount of EXP, which is especially nice with the early ones.
