Guild Wars 2

I need to get cooking on a second character, but I can’t use discovery now that recipes are account wide, it makes it very hard to level up. Any recommendations?

Account wide recipes doesn’t affect discovery. That is only from recipes learned with recipe sheets which you could never do discovery for anyway (except for 1 or 2 things that could be both discovered and learned from a sheet).
