Guild Wars 2

Today when I played on my lvl 70 warrior I noticed something weird in my inventory. I have never seen it before, and I have played the game since beta. (Might been added in a update?). It was a consumable item which levels any character up to lvl 20 (if you’re under lvl 20). I cannot send this item to another player or character of my own.

I am quite a slow at gaining lvls (haven’t reached lvl 80 on any character so far, even though I’ve had the game since beta). Any ideas how I can get this item? I really want to level up a new character to 80, and this would help me a lot!

So it will mean you have to play to get them

You can put items into your bank so that your other characters can withdraw them.

The item is either a drop or you had a character who was a year old and you got a birthday chest and opened it.

They come from the birthday gifts and achievement chests(at 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, … AP)
