Lifetime Survivor - how it work now ?
It’s a bug they are working on where if you zone out it resets the counter.
Easiest way to get it is to make sure you have a huge stockpile of crafting mats and stand there crafting. I was working on my guardian’s jewelcrafting, got her from level 60 to 65 doing it, and the achieve just popped up towards the end.
This is reset to 0 or to 200.000 for me like 285.000 and I need 300.000 to 500.000 or all 500.000 ?
Is some oficial info about this or only from users ?
For me problem is I done all crafting.
This is stupid how hard is fix this, this is easy problem.

Nothing is as simple as it seems.
Think of coding like playing jenga. If you pull out blocks near the bottom you can easily topple the entire tower. Likewise if you mess with a bit of code over there you can make another part of the game break. This is why new bugs keep coming up because when you fix one thing it can have a negative effect on other things.
If it was an easy fix it would have been done already.

It is easy if its not easy then project is shti. Im IT engineer and I know what Im talking.
AN is too lazy and errors like this has low priority, whats meen gw2 has too meny critic errors.

I’m sorry I refuse to read that post the way it is written lol.

If you wanted a reply you’d have to put more effort into it. I did catch that you are an IT engineer which I would expect requires a degree of some kind and therefore you must be educated so I know you can do better than that post.
and what ?
This error is easy to fix. And what you want ?
and what ?

No, you assume it is easy to fix because you are an IT engineer (which doesn’t really have any bearing on the development of GW2…).
You shouldn’t make assumptions because they diminish the respectability of your comments.
this is easy and have low priority why its bottom to make.
Next if its not easy then project is very very baddddddddddddddddd.
Welcome to OOP.
Okay, if it is so easy explain how to do it. Please provide the lines of code for reference.

Show me/us. I do not believe for a second that you know what you are talking about at all

What the hell does maintaining a network have to do with coding a game?
Not a kitten thing.
It would seem your basic reasoning has “too meny critic errors.”

Back to topic:
Since you were in WvW, I’m not sure if you can survive a lot in there without getting zerged. Also falling to your death resets the timer.
Personally, I don’t think you should worry about this one. It’s a lifetime survivor. Being a high level, it is quite easy to get experience. I’m not sure if the bug of zoning out/logging out still exists or not. It’s been quite a while so it might have been fixed.
So my advice is to just leave it. If it’s not bugged and works even if you log out, then if you play sensibly on your high level/do dailies, then that should be done soon enough. Otherwise, if there are still problems, wait for official update notes saying they have fixed any bugs to the survivor track or wait for them to implement the xp counter command on /deaths and see progression through that (of which you can report the bug with evidence).

An IT Engineer is responsipble for the implementation of soft and hardware in a company. It’s not just networking. But it isn’t coding either. It’s implementation.
this is not code problem only project
THIS is complete bullkitten. No matter how badly a project is planned, the planning does not cause bugs! What causes bugs is the code. Badly planned projects generally mean lots of wasted time and hard to read code. Not bugs.
You might want to read up on Software development and (since you tossed it in the discussion) OOP before you post about such topics again.
There are mounds, and I mean MOUNDS, of code they need to go through. Each piece is connected like a web, and if you pull one end you might unravel something else. For all we know the fixes that have been attempted so far in their test environment breaks something else in the game.
Saying this is solely something that can be remedied by fixing things on the “project side” is a poor an argument, because you don’t know what kind of processes they follow.
If you’re an “IT Engineer”, you’re not a very good one. Wouldn’t mind knowing which certification process you went through so I can tell my colleagues which one to not take.

The best place is if you are leveling an alt, wait until Frostgorge you can hammer it quite quick around there, I got mine there easily.
