This is more of a question to ANet than to players, but I don’t know which forum to post it. Now, since wintersday has ended, how come this content is still disabled? I just want to ask/make sure that ANet didn’t forget about this NPC:

This could have 2 reasons
1: the content wasn’t disabled cause of wintersday but for other reasons, e.g. a possible exploit or not working as intended.
2: it was was disabled cause of wintersday and they have forgotten. Best bet is to post this into the bug section of this forum, or type /bug in the game.

This section of the forum is almost never checked by dev’s.

Shortly into the wintersday event (after Lyns closed down), a developer said Lyns would be open during the wintersday event.
A different developer later said Lyns would not reopen until after wintersday ended, but did not specify a date.

I am of the opinion (and saddened by it) that she will reopen with no keys, but will have new items not available before. I’m not too confident I’ll be able to spend my 56,000 captains commendations I made before I found out she closed down.

I would guess probably after they finish their sale in the Gem store.

Also possible she’ll reopen when they do their massive jan/feb update they’ve been talking about. It’s possible that will have more ascended items, and she might be the one to sell them

Or they might open her in December 2016 because ANet likes punishing people who play the game.

I just want her open so I can get rid of my commendations.
