Q:
Little quicky easy question :3
Not allowed, fails the check on “1 keystroke = 1 action”.
" if you program a macro, it must require one keystroke per action. You may not program a single key to perform multiple functions."
Indeed: The macro would only repeat one keypress,but over and over.
This means the action itself is looping one keystroke,not doing multiple (and thus different) keystrokes.
That’s why i’m really wondering,plus such script wouldn’t give any advantage to me except keeping my hand healthy…awkward… :x
Turn on Fast Cast Ground Targeting.
Pressing a key will cast it where your mouse is.

facepalm
The issue is having to spam the skill button over and over,i’ve fast targeting since i bought the game.
With fast targeting,it’s a pain in the kitten.
Without it’s a suicide.
I play my engi without fastcast. :D

You’re not a grenadier then!
If you are,well,uhm…kitten?

I’m not? My piano fingers say otherwise.

SO,you’re telling me…you use the grenade kit,frequently,without fast ground targeting,without any finger-saver macro AND you don’t have carpal tunnel yet?
Holy piano fingers,i bet you can smash a wall with them.
Use a mouse hardware program like on Logitech’s Setpoint where holding a button makes it repeat. Cannot be detected.

Technically, I’ve been suffering from early stages of carpal tunnel for a few years (weakened hand grip among other things. last year, it was painful to make a fully formed fist unless my hand was in a relaxed fist, not a gripped fist)
But no, I don’t get pain. League of Legends “calloused” my carpal tunnel, of sorts.
@Guzzi:
What if anet checks and says “oh,look! it seems this user has been spamming the 1 key at strangely regular intervals,having ping’s precision!” wouldn’t that be suspicious then?
+FYI i’d not use AHK or those stuff,as i’ve a steelseries mouse and a good logitech one.
@Esplen:
IF you can’t grip your fist,cause you feel pain,then you can’t say you don’t get pain.
And i play LoL since…almost 3 years yet nothing,same for everyone i know.
Let me get this clear. We are discussing how to set up an ‘illegal’ auto-hack? Something that’s specifically forbidden in the ToS?
And we are discussing it in the Anet forum? The one that’s moderated by Anet employees?
There was a thread in the past that discussed this, and the verdict delivered by Gaile was that what you’re suggesting is against the rules. The official rules are located here.
The key term is this one:
“This means that if you program a macro, it must require one keystroke per action. You may not program a single key to perform multiple functions.”
One keystroke performing the same function multiple times is the same as one keystroke performing multiple functions, and therefore against the rules.

Carpal tunnel pain and pain when gripping your fist are two different things. While gripping your fist does “flex” the area surrounding the median nerve (the carpal tunnel), having pain while gripping your fist (but not while doing other activities) does not mean you have carpal tunnel syndrome.
And I feel no pain in my hands (not saying they’re numb to the extent of no pain, but I resolved the issues with my hands). I also had a cyst next to my median nerve for quite some time, but that was, again, due to extenuating circumstances.
