Hello,

Currently I have Chapters 1-3 of the Living World story locked. If I pay the gems to unlock these chapters, will these chapters become playable only on the character I unlocked them with, or will it become playable for all current and future characters on my account?

It will be unlocked account wide.
Only the progression of the story is character bound.

Charter Vanguard [CV] – HoD
Bardy Belzebuson – Ranger Sir Belzebu – Herald
(and the other 8 elite specs maxed too)
