Hello,
can anyone please tell me which maps are locked and which are unlocked in the game? This really frustrates me, because i spent hours to get to certain areas and then i found that they are locked and will be unlocked after some certain updates. But it would be good if those areas would be marked as locked, so everyone knows.
Now i need some lvl 80 area without undead. I really don’t like undead in this game. The only lvl 80 area without undead i know about is Frostgorge Sound, but i spent there too much time and i’d like to explore different areas also. A friend of mine told me that Sea of Sorrows should be newly unlocked, but i cannot get there. So please, can anyone tell me about lvl 80 areas i can get to and where are not undead? Thanks.

The areas that you can access are marked with names and level-span.
The map in the SoS is Southsun Cove, which can be access by talking to a guy on a ship in Lion’s Arch.

A site like this should help you, it shows all the maps that you can access and therefore also the areas that can’t be mapped. Yes, Frostgorge and Southsun Cove are the only two 80 level areas that aren’t crawling with risen.

There are no maps locked. There might be maps that are not developped yet, but we can only guess where they are. Southsun cove is the only Sea of Sorrow’s map that is implemented and ready to play. It can be visitied by talking to an npc in LA (it has a sailing boat above the head).

Just a small warning… I prefer risen above Karka.
