I love my two home servers, Henge of Denravi, and Vabbi for when I need to complete a bugged event, or do a piece of the WvW map that Henge can’t be bothered for. However, after a recent vacation from the game, as hurricane evacuation and then work took up a significantly larger part of my day, I’ve been rethinking my choice. I’ve got the ability to transfer servers, and so now, I’m looking for a new server, and here’s what I want:

1: PvE content being completed. Contested waypoints are everywhere. I can solo almost every group event in the game, but kiting in circles for 10-15 minutes straight is a very boring fight.

2: Dungeons being done. It would be cool if maybe a few dungeons a day was even possible on either of my current servers, but typically I stand around looking for people in empty zones.

3: Guild representation. It seems that only in the higher ranked servers in WvW do you even see guilds out doing things. I’m here, skilled, ready, and willing to contribute time, money, and effort to making a better place out of the game, and I’d like to see groups of other people doing the same.

To that end, my question is this: What, if any, server would you suggest that would meet those needs?

I don’t know if you’re just looking in the wrong places, or if my server is really good at those things, but Northern Shiverpeaks does all of those things.

There are only 2 cases where PvE Content isn’t being completed: When it’s bugged, or when it’s in Malchors leap. Because kitten the Colonnade. I spent an hour there trying to clear that out with a few of my buddies once. Hate that event.

I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes to find a dungeon group. If I want to run a dungeon, I’m confident that I can run a dungeon whenever I want.

I see guilds in WvW regularly. They’re not… obvious or anything. But groups of 5-6 people running a particular direction, all with the same tag? Yea…. Also guild advertising and whatnot. But we’re not higher ranked in terms of WvW by any means.

So yea, I don’t know if NS is right for you, but we meet your criteria.
