Looking for a high population server
Its up to you whether to transfer while its free but remember that at the moment most of the server population are in FotM dungeon ‘grinding’ for their ascended gear and decent drops. ANET are addressing this soon by adding more ways to get ascended gear in the open world along with a ‘crown token’ system. Personally id swap servers if the general population is low (says low on the server list) but not if its on medium/high because many of those players will come out of hiding after the patch.

Yes l’m thinking of the same, and was checking server levels in the mornings, and when I play in the evenings.
Might try to get into a “very high” one, l don’t think it will matter much which one.
Like you l am finding there’s nobody to do, or doing any of the higher level DE’s, events or event chains.
It’s very frustrating, plus our server is always bottom in WvW !

You haven’t mentioned WHICH server you’re on.
I’m on Maguuma, and PvE activity has dipped since September.
Most activity is now in Fractals, WvW, and some dungeons. (Dungeons have dipped too.)
I’m on Anvil Rock, which is listed as a very high server. I guess everyone is in Fractals or PvP, or I am just not playing at peak hours.
