Please look for yourself, these are all the available sets (change race to your own race if needed to see the races cultural options). As far as I can see there is no armor open on the sides besides those two.

CM might be one way to go or Gladiator even Vigil . Though im kind of guessing as to what you kitten about the look of that piece of armor .
