Is it possible to get ascended armor/weapon drops from mobs or just recipes for them? Also, can someone list ALL the supplies I need to make Incinerator along with what Crafting Disciplines I need to craft it? Oh, and what is the best way to get gold?

1 – Yes it is possible to get ascended weapons and armors as drop, usually from champion bags, WvW rewards, and also PvP chests from the tracks, but the chances are very low and specially from the stats you want.

3 – I’m not good at gold farming, but dungeon runs is a good way of make gold.

‘best’ is such a arbitrary word. could mean most gold per hour, most lazy, least work, fastest, least waiting, etc.

I’ll just assume you mean highest gold/hour of work, ignoring waiting. These are the top few that come to mind:
1) TP trading 1-1,000g/hr (hour(s) of work, day(s)/week(s) of waiting, months of experience knowing what to do)
2) weekly guild commendations – if your guild does missions quickly (sentinel insignia/inscription) ~10g/hr
3) daily dungeon runs – only the fastest paths ~5-10g/hr
4) world bosses – if you show up when final boss is mostly dead ~5g/hr
5) champ/eotm trains ~3-5g/hr
