Guild Wars 2

I had queued a guild treasure trove for my guild, Army of Sven (Server: Isle of Janthir), two days ago and it takes a week for it to finish building. Unfortunately, after the patch I log on and see that the treasure trove is no longer in queue, and is back in the upgrades section. The 5,000 influence to start building it is now gone and the guild can’t afford to start queuing it again.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Hi Regulus,

I think your better off by making a support account and filing a supportticket. That way a support agent will get a ticket, investigate your claim and e.g. make a restoration of the influence or put it back in queu for you for free.

had an issue like that on my guild.. after re-logging (or was it the next day) the upgrade was back in the queue being worked on.. looked like it was just some out of sync thing before the maintenance). but ya if it does not come back then make a ticket, so they can restore it.
