Yeah i did, actually i have never had the first option from that npc, i have already completed 98% of the map, that`s the latest skill point i have to get, i have also found some other people with the same problem as me, but they havent found a solution yet.
Im wondering if i had got it and have sold it on any npc shop, lets suposse i have done that? Will i ever be able to get this skillpoint then?
