Lvl 80 Warrior doing no damage?

You might, also, consider upgrading your weapon or Sigils (and Armor, perhaps, no idea what you are wearing; Exotic, hopefully). Major Sigils are inexpensive.
Good luck.

Your damage is the accumulation of all your gear, and based on your tanky low-quality greatsword (it’s masterwork rather than rare or exotic), all of your gear is really bad.
There are a lot of ways to gear up for endgame exotics, but you can do a quick check at all the karma merchants for better gear (make sure it’s all at least level 80) and you can also buy level 80 stuff of the trading post.
Next, the cleric’s stat is a tanky one. If you want more damage, aim for power, precision, and ferocity (since you’re presumably not playing a condition damage based greatsword warrior.) This may make you less durable than your used to, but if you upgrade all your gear I suspect you’re actually going to be a lot more durable, plus fights will end sooner.
Finally, the traits you’ve chosen and the utilities you’ve assigned should work with your build. For example, you may want the trait Forceful Greatsword which will right off the bat increase your damage well over 10% if you don’t have it. You can use other people’s builds as a base at metabattle.com if you want, or just making your own should get you through the story.

That wiki page tells me what to do in the mission, but I already know how to perform the mission. I just can’t kill any enemies.
I am wearing exotic armor, but they’re just obtained from missions/leveling. I didn’t craft them. I’ll try different sigils, but why should I upgrade my weapon/how do I? My weapon strength is really high already, at least I believe 810 is high.

This all sounds really helpful, I’ll try out all of it. Thanks!

Make sure your jewelry is up to snuff as well.
A well geared level 80 character may have a power attribute (on the upper right side of the equipment tab where your stats are listed) well over 2000, even pushing 3000. I’m guessing yours is like… 1000? You need to up the power stat, and after that ferocity and precision.

I’m not sure what jewelry is.
And yes my power’s only around 1000. Do you have any recommendations on armor or karma merchants that I could buy from?
Jewelry is the 6 items below your stats in the equipment panel. There is a backpiece, 2 rings, an amulet, and 2 accessories.

The cavalier’s, soldier’s and berserker’s stuff is all power damage-focused. Berserker’s is the one focused entirely on damage.
Another longer term option you have is doing dungeons. Each time you do a dungeon, you get some tokens, and you can trade them in for exotic weapons and armor.

The Citadel of Flame path one is really fast (like 20 minutes on a terrible group) and pretty easy even for newbies. Nicely, it also rewards you with berserker stat items.

Thanks so much. I appreciate all of the help and information. I’ll follow your suggestions the best I can!
As already mentioned, make sure your gear is, atleast fairly ok. I made a build with cheap armor/weapons/runes. Notice that its a solo player build. As a warrior, you will be expected to bring certain things if you do group content, like dungeons. Thats build nr. 2
notice its the same gear. Just different skills and traits.
I kept the runes cheap. But as you get better and want better stuff, going 6 superior runes and not the major will also give you a good dmg boost
Even with this, you will get almust 2400 power though. And even more importent, close to 60% crit chance, and 204% crit dmg.
In total this will prob make you do about 10 times the dmg you do now

Thanks a lot for your help! But the links just send me to the basic build editor, aha. Do you know of any easy way to get karma and gold? I know events are a way to easily get karma, but how about gold? So I can actually buy all of these things.
The site can take a bit of time to load the build.

links work for me, give the page time to load
Gold, if you care to farm, then silver waste meta/chest farm might be a good place. I am not sure, fractals are also good (but you will need abit of ascended items for higher lvl fracs) besides that, just play the game, gather mats, do events and stuff. Gold will come and these armour/weapons are cheap
Just doing the daily is 2g/day.
The best choices depends on what you enjoy doing.
The berserker armor in the quoted build is the same type of armor the Citadel of Flame dungeon I mentioned gives you for tokens. You can use a mix of gold, tokens, and karma to gear up the fastest.
consider whether you have the following sets optimalized:
- does the prefix of your armor support your type of damage, or damage at all?
- do you use buffs, I can really recommend For Great Justice combined with Signet of Fury
- do you use an appropriate weapon type:
-Greatsword: fast heavy damage
-Hammer: slow heavy damage with CC
-Axes: fast medium damage, aimed at group combat
-Swords, fast medium damage, aimed conditions
-maces faster, weaker version of hammer
-shield, no damage at all obviously
-warhorn, utility tool
-torch: condition aoe
try some foods as well
