I bought the Mad King town clothes and i had it equpit on my elementalist, i know their is an npc where you can trade in such things but i can find him any more, i did find him on my other character at the patch day, (i forgot that i had to alts with those blacklions shop Outfits) now i want those 2 alts outfites Count in too but i cant find the npc to trade them in -.-
hope someone can help me, because all i found was gendaren fields near evon, thats where i did trade it in the last time too but now their is only the weapon guy -.-

Go to The Grove, go to the place where the Black Lion Trading posts are..on the right side is an NPC who does that for you

You can go to any racial city. Find the trading post. It’s the Black Lion Armor Trader (not the Black Lion Weapon Trader near him).
