Guild Wars 2

So, what I want to know is the guild Magic Find Banner, since it says a build time of 4 hours and such, does it make a spell to use anytime, or 50 influence and 4 hours build each time I wish to use, or something other I am missing? Thanks for any help!

It’s a one time use. You build the item for 4 hours and then it goes into your available upgrades list. You can use it immediately or keep it for a weekend, but to have a second usage you have to build a second banner.
