Specifically….if you have a major rune of dwayna on 2 pieces of armor, and a superior rune of Dwayna on 2 pieces of armor.

You only need 2 runes to reach the second tier buff of regeneration on both the major and superior rune.

Will the 15% and 20% regeneration stack to 35%?

it should. I would find no reason it wouldn’t.

The wiki says the effects are dependent on the number as well as the grade of the rune.

I think this may be a grey area where there is no real proof one way or the other.

I think your right in that it is a grey area. The only way to test it would be to take off some armor (say both pieces with major runes) and see if it affects your regeneration rate.

It should be noted though that having major runes of say dwayna don’t get you further up on the superior rune of dwayna’s ability list (and vice versa).
