Is this really possible?
How do i see who i’ve invited that did not respond to it so i can decline the invites in order to make more “room” in my guild invite limit?

if you click on the roster tab from the guild panel, it should list invited people at the top. if you want to cancel the invite right-click them and click kick from guild

And yes you can reach max invites, as the invited also count to the max players in your guild
