Metrica Province problems
The skill point at the plant is not in the plant but north of it, in a small pool of water.
The skill point in Loch Jezt is stuck sometimes, but I think that issue was adressed in the last update, most off the time when one is bugged, you might want to try at peak time in overflow or wait till the zone is resetted by a game update.
For the Vista, I think it is at a location of the map you haven’t been visitied yet. You might want to look at this map: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/images/9/91/Metrica_Province.png And specially the vista in Wildflame Caverns (bottom left corner near the starting point in the area). The caverns are a dead end with only the Vista in it and easily to be missed.

Wow, thanks for the help! I never would have found that cavern, let alone the vista.
I also misread my map info and thought I was missing just one skill point, and suspected it was a glitch of the map.
Thanks a bunch!
I appreciate challenge and figuring stuff out but I question a couple of decisions in metrica, a noobie zone.
The wildflame cavern vista gets missed by a lot of people and/or they can’t figure out how to get to it.
The biggest offender is the NE-most POI though, at the inquest site. People are forever asking how to get to that one and people who search that area end up wasting a lot of time. I don’t recall any hints or suggestions AT the inquest site that would lead you figure out how you get there.
I only figured it out many levels later after giving up. Many people just ask in chat after wasting time, usually with an explicative laced tirade included.
@Voqar,
I do know what you mean and why you are saying it. On the other hand the area is the Asura! starter area. So in my opinion the amount of logic needed when going for 100% is in line with the lore.

Yeah, I kind of agree with this. It also comes through with some of the puzzles you’re supposed to figure out, not just in Metrica, but later in other asuran areas. I also feel this is the reason that there are many exposed cliff faces and ledges leading to lethal falls, spread all over Rata Sum. The logic being, some people are too stupid to live — let’s not prolong their misery by preventing the inevitable. That’s asuran compassion for you.
My favorite thing about Rata Sum while I was exploring it….. was falling off of Rata Sum. I found it extremely hilarious!
Interesting problems.
Mine is a bit different.
In Metrica, I found all nine of nine vistas. On the map, I can mouse over each and every one and it says “Viewed Vista,” yet the legend on the map shows that I’ve only completed 8/9.
Again, on the map I can see all nine, and all nine show as completed.
This is very exasperating… arggh!
@FolsomBob,
Are you sure those are all vista’s in metrica. The silvar starting area is pretty close so you might be mistaken one of those as one in metrica.
It is also possible that one didn’t register. Best is to all visit them again (that way you know for certain they are all in metrica) and rewatch the video. That way, if there is one buigged it should register after all.
