I started playing very recently. I’m from India. Which server will I get max pings in?

Go to a site like speedtest.net and make a test in 2 different places, one in Austin-TX to test for the NA servers and other in Frankfurt in Germany for the EU server and see which other have the lower ping.
BTW, the lower the ping the better.

I guess EU would be a better option. I don’t know how Indian ISP’s would fare in GW2 knowing that the routing is all screwed up there. You might have to use a tunneling software for a reduced lag experience.
