I was just browsing my collectables and saw the slot for a Mini Dolyak. I searched the web but could not find any info about how to get one.
Does anyone know?

Most likely its related to WvW. It was added in the Halloween patch, but that’s also when the Season 1 started, so perhaps it’s from the serverwide chest when it’s over?
Apparently it will be rewarded to players who completed the WvW Season 1.

Good to have this confirmed. I started working on the meta-achievement last night on the assumption that’s what it would be.
I’m also relieved that it sounds like a guaranteed reward and not RNG-based.

You get it at the end of the season, just like the wiki page says. So yes.
