Though at this point I am far past this step in the story line i wanted to give some advice to players who might be having trouble. Your golems and allies will die immediately, when this happens run toward the entrance and reset the mobs. After that run back up and pull one they will all come just focus down one of them and rinse and repeat, i have never died so many times on a quest in any game this one was tough. Later i did realize that a short bow would have helped immensely for this quest due to its aoe qualities. Cheers
