Missing Hats
Have you deleted any characters? If so, it’s possible they were on them. In that case you won’t be getting those items back unless they return to the gem store.

Both.
Luckily, I can still get the hat on any of my other characters (my sister went and got it post wardrobe patch), I just have to make a trip over there.

Out of curiosity, were those of you who are having this trouble wearing the item when the wardrobe system went in? There are people in my guild who had that issue with items their characters were wearing at the time of the change.

Probably, since they were town clothes hats and could thus occupy the hat slot and not my inventory.
