Missing POI on map that I cannot find

I have completed the world map 3 times.
I have noticed on my achievement panel that I am missing (2) POI in both Shiverpeaks and Maguuma Areas to get the explorer achievements. I cross referenced all the maps through wiki and found nothing, I have also looked at each map area in world view and they are showing as completed. I am not seeing how I am missing 2 POI in each of these areas. Is there something I am missing or is this just a bug.

I want my 20 achievement points.

Do you have Rugnar’s Steading in Wayfarer Foothills? It’s in the northeast, where Cragstead is located.

Also, are you missing areas of the map or PoIs?

POI’s don’t count towards explorer achievements – for that you are looking to reveal all fogged areas of the map. Check for missing white-named areas.
