Guild Wars 2

I haven’t logged in six months and I see that there have been changes to the equipment and outfits in the game. I had items like a torch from a quest and a balloon from a living world story but they are gone now. Any suggestions as to where I can get them?

check your bank/alts/collections/etc./etc.

if it’s no where to be found, and you know you had it, submit a ticket and hope for the best

The bundle items like the kite, torch and balloon haven’t been changed so they should be where you left them. They’re items that just sit in your characters inventory even when you’re using them so that narrows the possibilities down to your inventory or your bank.

Check ALL your characters, even ones you’re sure wouldn’t have it and your bank and if it’s not there submit a support ticket.
