Are these actual weapons, or just skins?
If they’re skins, do they need transmutation charges to be applied like other skins or do you just consume them?

Also, are these weapons/skins only temporarily available? If so, what would be the quickest way to earn enough to get them and how much time do I have?

Theyre actual weapons. They were rewarded for completing the WvW season 2 meta achievement and cost 300 tickets. If you want one youll have to wait until season 3 when they return

Even then, you’ll have to make sure your server finishes in the top 5 in the tournament I believe or you don’t get the tickets. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

If you did not participate in the latest wvw tournament (aka season two), you will not be able to acquire these weapons until the end of the next season (which is tbd). They are bought with tournament reward tickets, and the amount of tickets received depends on your server’s placement in the tournament. There is no other way, no grinding or farming, to receive tournament tickets, so you’ll just have to wait for the next one.

These weapons are either rare (100 tickets) or exotic (300 tickets), and you select stats from a dropdown menu once purchased. The weapons remains account bound after equip. The rare is the “basic” skin and the exotic is the “mistforged” skin.
