So, I’m currently looking at 2 tormented skins and finishing crafting leveling. It costs 500-600 gold, and that’s with positive thinking.

So, what are current effective ways of money making, outside of playing on TP and Silverwastes?

Farm zones with tier 3 & 4 crafting materials, then sell the mats.

I don’t know what you mean by ‘playing on the Tp’. I’m going to assume you mean buying+selling on the TP and that selling on the TP (basically the ONLY way to sell anything of value) on its own is still okay.

Wintersday, selling booze on trading post.

Basically:
On a new day: Go to divinities reach….talk to tixx and get free present
-go to karma merchant and buyout the first 3 tiers of presents with karma
-hit people with snowballs for the daily quickly….
-do tink’s dungeon thing…tt or whatever its called for the 50 presents
-Go to bells and play that. when you hit 600 points exit immediately since the last stage (freeplay) doesn’t give rewards or completion points towards the achievement.
-And/or go and do jumping puzzle which i’ve heard is also a good way of farming….i lagg too much so i never farmed it.

repeat bells/jumping puzzle for as long as you can.

When you’re done: open the presents. Sell all 3 types of alcohol on the TP. If ur lucky you might get something worth 50s—>1gold+ from one of the bags. Anyways with the booze: I usually sell nutmeg for 9s50c. and the other 2 types i sell at 9s. Basically you just list them at that price or 1-2 c lower/higher based on what other orders are out there. And somebody will buy them….within the next hour generally regardless of how low the price might be at the time. Ex) asking price is 7s, selling price is 7s 50c. I scroll back and see a large order at 9s, so I list it at 8s99c just to get rid of it faster.
Obviously if the asking price is over 9s you would list it at the current selling price (or 1 copper lower than it is), whatever it might be.
