Monthly: Master Crafter?
I just crafted 8 bronze plated dowels and that counted.
Wow, that’s pretty good.
I was going to recommend this for jewelers, if you have plenty of iron, but I might do what you did. I think I have an overabundance of those materials anyways.
Thanks!
Edit: And my pick for a jeweler is a horrible idea, because it was a karma recipe so you can’t sell the finished product.
I just transed emerald crystals. Costed me like 20 silver when I sold everything.

Copper ingots…
They have to be master quality.
@Fever – I’m not sure they ‘fixed’ it, per se, the other was a daily. I’d expect that 10 (or if they bump it to 20) show up as a daily again from time to time, and allow you to make anything.
I think because it is a monthly, they wanted to make it something a little more substantial.
At least I hope it shows up as a daily again, I liked that one.
Yeah, hadn’t read the description, and thought it was just “regular” master crafter.
What is a cook to do? The dyes are to much to do one at a time??? I have no other craft and I really dont want another…

Anyone know a cheap way to do it with a cook?

Not happy that forcing me to craft.. Which I do not enjoy…is part of the monthly. At least give us options to choose from like the new dailies
Maybe you don’t understand the definition of achievements. To achieve something does not necessarily mean doing what you enjoy.
for this achievement what is meant by crafting?
I made 3 lvl 20 shoulders on my lvl 80 engineer (my crafting is way too low, I know :p )
but those 3 were not counted towards the achievement? is this a bug?
No its not a bug , it has to be masterwork so you have to make Embroidered insignia or Plated Dowels of whatever level you’re crafting
What tier and difficulty is “Masterwork”?
it can be any tier as long as the level armor it makes ends in a 5 essentially ( should go without saying ) .

I would also like to ask the question “what is a cook to do other than make dyes” which are too expensive to make. I made lvl400 Omnomberry Bars which did nothing for my monthly achievement, and then made lvl400 Master Tuning Crystals (Artificer) also to no effect so could someone define what exactly do you need to craft to complete this section of the monthly achievements.
It’s jsut crafting master items people, jeesh. The ones with green names. You can get to that in t1, maybe t2 of all other professions aside from cooking.

Not sure where the “ends in a 5” comes from. Only some do so…some end in a 0 (like all the level 50 & 80 Masterwork items).
Here’s a complete list of all the MW items (as far as I know)…

This is a game. The whole point of a game is to enjoy it… To have fun
Get jeweler to lvl50 (easy, some of that can be achieved making the copper ingots), then all you need is 80 copper ingots, and 40 Amber pebbles. Make 40 filigree and combine that with your 40 amber pebbles. Done.
If you are already >50 Jeweler, this monthly achievement takes less than a minute to complete.
King Arcturus X~80 Ranger | Suki Serra~80 Thief | Count Charon~80 Necro | Regulus Leo~80 Ele
HoD since launch
I just typed in ‘master’ in the search so it filtered on all the items that end in (Master)?
I looked with my cook, and it seems unidentified dyes is all they have. That is unfortunate.
I read on another thread that cook ‘feasts’ work as well. These usually take a lot more components than the regular recipes though.
FYI, there is a series of check boxes you can select at the top of your crafting page and you can select the level of quality to show only what you can make of that type. So simply select masterwork and deselect all others to see what is available for you to craft that counts toward the monthly.

Did not know that one! Thanks :-)
Btw, funny that ascended and legendary are in crafting?
